Donation $10-$15 (just pay what you can – no stress)

Join Stephanie (Seattle) and Khabu (visiting from Boulder) for an impromptu improvisation
event, following sonic threads and deepening collective sonic presence. Some of it might
nestle you into the deep bosom of meditation. Some of it might make your noise music-lover
throw up “devil-horns”. We dunno what will happen, so come for it all. There will be nice
people, macaroons, strings, FX pedals, contact mics, sound sculptures, DIY and percussion –
even silence… That great, BUT WILL THERE BE GONGS?!” you ask. To which we exclaim, “Oh

CANCELED: July 30, 7:00 pm: Tom Baker Quartet, plus Leanna Keith (bass flute) solo set

Apologies from TBQ and Leanna, but the likelihood of uncomfortably warm Gallery space because of the ongoing heatwave along with renewed concerns about a faster=spreading Covid variant brought us to make the decision to postpone this show; more details will be posted here (and on the Facebook link below) when we find a good time to try this event again. Stay tuned! TBQ brings new tunes and improvisations for the dog days of summer. With our friend, the amazing Leanna Keith, performing an opening set on solo bass flute.
